HPL Compact Board Specification Made up of layers of cellulose fibers impregnated with thermosetting phenolic resin and decorative design papers on both sides. Core is craft paper impregnated with special melamine resin.
Manufactured with heat (1550 degrees Celsius) and high pressure (9MPa / 90 Bar).
Properties: Superior scratch, abrasion, heat, chemical, impact, graffiti, and moisture resistance, anti-bacterial properties.
Doors Made of 12 mm thick SGH RESTROOM HPL compact panel.
Supported by 3 antigravity hinges affixed to the pilasters.
Includes nylon polyamide 6 coat hook and door knob.
Mid & End Panels Made of 12 mm thick SGH RESTROOM HPL compact board.
Includes stainless steel lock cum indicator and aluminum door stopper profiles with silicon rubber for noise dampening.
Middle Divider Made of 12 mm thick SGH RESTROOM HPL compact board.
Affixed with aluminum powder coated U-channel at ends for stability. Sizes as per drawing.
