HPL Compact Board Specification Made up of layers of cellulose fibers impregnated with thermosetting phenolic resin and decorative design papers on both sides. Core is craft paper impregnated with special melamine resin.
Manufactured with heat (1550 degrees Celsius) and high pressure (9MPa / 90 Bar).
Properties: Superior scratch, abrasion, heat, chemical, impact, graffiti, and moisture resistance, with anti-bacterial properties.
Doors Made of 12 mm thick SGH RESTROOM HPL compact panel.
Supported by 3 stainless steel 304 hinges affixed to pilasters.
Includes stainless steel coat hook and door knob.
Mid & End Panels Made of 12 mm thick SGH RESTROOM HPL compact board.
Includes stainless steel lock cum indicator (occupancy indicator), aluminum door stopper profiles with silicon rubber for noise dampening, and aluminum SS finish channel fixed from the top side for strong support.
Middle Divider Made of 12 mm thick SGH RESTROOM HPL compact board.
Affixed with aluminum chrome-plated U-channel at ends for stability. Divider sizes as per drawing.
